Dunkin' Hidden Fees

Certain purchases made through the Dunkin’ Mobile Order App trigger extra additional hidden charges. Those charges are never itemized, or even disclosed, but instead directly integrated into the Sub-Total. Think suing over a few dollars is lame?  So do we, as you're welcome to read in our First Complaint filed in Massachusetts Superior Court.  But the corporate headquarters at Dunkin’ and contacted Dunkin’ franchises have both denied responsibility for those charges, and that's the classic corporate response.
 
If you’ve used the Dunkin’ Mobile App and been charged a fee that wasn’t disclosed or itemized, help us bring arbitration and/or class action claims to stop the hidden fees.   And, yes, as a class representative you can often receive extra financial awards of a few hundred or thousand dollars for helping stop the violations.
